Front Office Administrator

Rachel graduated from dental assisting school in 2010. She has been with Harbour Pointe Orthodontics since 2014. She loves being married to her best friend, Robbie. They are in love with their princess dog, Stella. Rachel walks Stella in the morning which is how she starts her day. On some evenings when she gets home from work, she enjoys watching her favorite shows and work on some scrapbook projects as well. In the summer, Rachel and Robbie love waterskiing and wakeboarding. Oh one more thing, she LOVES Christmas ornaments. She adds to her collection every year.

Front Office Administrator

Kelly was born in Vietnam and left at the age of two with her loving and hard working parents. Dao and Kelly are now raising their two beautiful kids, Anastasia and Elijah. She has been in the customer service industry for 9 years and so thrilled to be given the opportunity over a year ago in the field of orthodontics; she’s been with Harbour Pointe Orthodontics since the latter part of 2015. Their family’s favorite place to go to is Disneyland because they believe that they are never too old for princesses and enjoy the roller coaster rides. Her motto “SMILE because it will make your day brighter.”

Orthodontic Assistant

Shelly has been with Harbour Pointe Orthodontics since 2005. Dr. de Leon and her were both pregnant with their second when they started working together—what a way to mark the beginning of friendship! Orthodontics is Shelly’s main craft. She has been in the orthodontic field for almost 20 years. She enjoys it and she’s great at it. She thrives in building a harmonious relationship with her family in the practice. Shelly finds comfort in knowing that the time that she spends at work is worth the time that she is not with her family. She has three adorable kids that she gets busy with supporting they like to do from riding the quad, basketball, horseback riding and many more other things that they do together as a family. Shelly started home schooling her oldest on some days that she doesn’t work.

Orthodontic Assistant

Doreen is a hardworking young soul. She has known Dr. de Leon-Estes for a very long time and is grateful to be in her team. She’s lived in Washington state all her life and does not intend to move far away anytime soon. She pursued dental assisting right after high school and is currently completing her prerequisites to be a Dental Hygienist. If she is not working or at school, she is traveling, hiking, or trying new restaurants in the city. She is very grateful to have the opportunity to be exposed in the profession that she has a passion for.

Orthodontic Assistant

Autumn was born in Tennessee and has lived in both North and South Carolina. She moved to Washington with her family in 2007. She received her dental assisting degree in 2015. She has then poured out her energy into developing her skills in dentistry. She chose dentistry as a profession because she WA Ted a field where she could make a difference in the lives of others. When she’s not at Harbour Pointe Orthodontics, you can find her Village Theatre company teaching classes at Kidstage. She definitely has some hidden talents in performing arts. Autumn believes music to be soothing, healing and wants to use it in s holistic environment to help people.

Sterilization Technician

Shareen has been interested in working in the dental field ever since she first got her braces on in 4th grade. To proceed down this path she plans to go through Sno-Isle’s dental assisting program and then hygiene school to become a dental hygienist. When Shareen isn’t planning out her goals or working hard she most likely will be doing martial arts. Shareen has been doing taekwondo at ATA for five years and earned her first degree black belt in 2014. She received her instructor certification in 2015. She believes in the program for she learned many life skills like respect, leadership and goal making that can pave her way to her bright future.
